Biomedical Science is a Division within the College of Medicine that provides governance and administrative structure for the five basic science departments of Anatomy & Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology & Immunology, Physiology and Pharmacology.The Division is administered by an Associate Dean, Faculty Council and Advisory Committees.

Nov 3-6, 2011, Beijing
Qian (Windy) Huang presented her poster titled “A study of the mechanisms of methylglyoxal-induced dyslipidemia” at the World Hypertension League Regional Congress 2011, winning a poster award.
Windy is an MSc student in Dr. K. Desai's laboratory in the Department of Pharmacology.
The College of Medicine Travel Award supported Windy in her travel to Beijing.
