Surface antigens, phylogenetics, and hops resistance mechanisms of bacteria comprising the genera Lactobacillus,  Megasphaera,  Pectinatus, and Pediococcus.  Rapid detection and identification of microbes in the clinical laboratory and industrial settings.  Immune responses during autoimmune and infectious diseases.
