The School of Rehabilitation Science (formerly the School of Physical Therapy) is an academic unit within the College of Medicine and works closely with Health Science Colleges and Schools on campus.
What's happening at SRS
SLP and OT Program Development
We are happy to share that the business cases for new programs in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) and Occupational Therapy (OT) at the University of Saskatchewan are being supported by the Saskatchewan government. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to develop unique and innovative programming that responds to community needs in our province—and beyond—and meet USask's mandate to "Be What the World Needs". Programs in OT and SLP also align with the Government of Saskatchewan's Health Human Resources action plan and will help to address the chronic recruitment and retention issues of OTs and SLPs in our province.
