Mentorship Program for Faculty; Teaching Mentorship Program; Teaching Circle.
The Mentorship program aims to identify a mentor(s) for all junior faculty members within the first year of academic appointment. The program will be available to all tenure-track faculty members with preference given to those working towards tenure.
Instructors new to the School of Physical Therapy (e.g., Sessional Lecturers, Term Lecturers, and other Faculty) are teamed with experienced teachers (mentors) who will guide and advise the new instructor as they develop their confidence and competence at teaching at the School of Physical Therapy.
